Vi blev inbjudna att uppgradera till ett rum med lounge access till en mycket rimlig kostnad. All personal var mycket professionell och hjälpsam i alla lägen. Vi blev dessutom utan extra kostnad inbjudna att även kunna äta frukost i den stora restaurangen varje morgon. Hotellet ligger nära tunnelbana så vi tog oss lätt till olika ställen.

Finns inget negativt att säga om vår vistelse, men att ett hotell i denna klass inte erbjuder pool och SPA är lite egendomligt. Full pott annars om detta också fanns att tillgå.
