The room was a bit small. When the sofa bed was extended, your feet would be under the table.

The location.
The smell of the room is bad. No housekeeping at night. Our sink leaked and no one was answering the housekeeping.

It is near to the shopping mall, walking distance to the places that i want to go.

Main reason for choosing Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong, an IHG Hotel: Location

The location is exactly close to times square but not at the same side of metro exit. you need to penetrate the mall and you'll see the hotel opposite to the road. the reception is at level 2. room is small, but they offer one more set of sofa bed. it's resonable for one family with small kid. free breakfast is not enough for big appetite. it isn't economical choice. but in Hongkong, you can't expect more.
