Yes. I had inadvertently left a very nice thermal/lunch bag in the refrigerator (from LLBean-- monogrammed with my initials on it) and within 15 minutes of being on the road, I remembered and called the desk at your hotel, telling them of my dilemma. I knew that the house cleaning staff would not have been there yet because we left quite early in the morning. I spoke to the person at the desk told them my dilemma and asked if they would try to get it for me and hold until my grandson( who lives in Hilton Head) could pick it up, which would have been within several hrs of my call. The person at the desk told me they would check on it, get it for me and hold at the front desk. I am sorry I did not think to take the person's name. When my grandson arrived 2 1/2 hrs later to pick it up, he was told that the person at the desk knew nothing about it and of course by that time it would not have been in our room. I was quite disappointed that the original desk clerk obviously did not follow through for me as she said she would, although I know you are not responsible for left belongings, but do feel since I called within such a short time after our departure and since my grandson would pick it up, that it could have been found.

The friendly and accommodating staff.

We loved everything. We stayed for 4 nights while waiting to move into our new home. We spent each day at the house cleaning supervising the crew etc and came "home" to our queen suite each night and just collapsed into our most comfortable digs. The evening cookie and the early morning coffee was such a treat!!! My husband thought we should just move in permanently and forget the house!!

Our room 240 was in bad need of having the carpet cleaned. i don't care for the duvets. i wish you would change back to spreads.
