The location was perfect, close to town. The view was beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Friendly, polite staff. Beautiful view.
Had some problems with the shower. Had to call for a hair dryer. Signage indicating it was the castle Hilo Hawaiian not obvious dhe driving in. Food was subpar.
