Quality Suites

The king room was wonderful and bed was comfy. Frig needed to be defrosted. Lots of buildt up frost. It did not do too good a job refreezing our ice packets... There were a few slammed doors of folks coming in late, but no problem.. The hot breakfast was ok. But the sausage looked like it had been reheated too many times. The bisquits for the bisquits and gravy, were very hard.. not soft at all. But the hotel itself was great.

My husband and myself and family have stayed at this particular motel several times, when we visit our son in the area, and have always had a good nights sleep, because the mattress' are very comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. However, this recent stay was exceptionally a good experience. I accidently left my grandfather's feather pillow (I take it with me whenever we go out of town), but the sentimental value is irreplaceable to me. We were nearly home, when I realized I had left it, and well to make a long story short, they located the pillow, and mailed it out to me the very next day. Their consideration and understanding with this was amazing. It wasn't "just their job", they went to the trouble to do a kindness. To them I want to say: "No kind deed goes unrewarded"..Thanks to them I have my pillow back. Their actions were more than commendable and we will be returning to stay there in the near future.

I am a smoker, but don't mind stepping outside, and there was smoking areas outside with cover so even smokers were considered.
