The staff was very helpful and very friendly. After a flight delay due to weather, we did not arrive to your hotel until 4:40am. The clerk was a refreshing and welcoming sight, smiling and efficient.

The sweet girl at the desk was so accommodating to get family members close together. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows!! Breakfast was excellent.

Easy access to different doors. Check out at 12 was awesome. Most of the time you are rushed to get out and we were able to relax and enjoy the final moments of our stay!
We came with the basketball tournament and ended up paying a much higher rate because we went through hotels.com. We did not intend to do that but sometime the websites are very confusing. We do like the hotel! We have stayed their the last 4 years!

The facility was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us.
The young lady who checked us out was missing a front tooth. It may have been a temporary situation for her but it was very unimpressive to be greeted by a person with this appearance. It was not very professional. I'm not trying to be a snob but I have always been taught that appearance is very important when one is in a position of greeting the public.

Only thing I didn't like one of the alternate doors had a parking spot directly out from the door. Difficult to use that door for bringing in or taking out luggage. there is plenty of parking one spot won't matter at this location.
