Hotel is very nice and would definetly stay again.
Transportation with shuttle was an issue both days as it never showed up as scheduled.Museum closed and had to wait outside.Talked with hotel manager who agreed that this was not acceptable.

Yes. The fact that there wasn't a microwave and refrigerator especially when you're charging $500 per person

Clean room, nice staff, (lobby, shuttle service).
Connection from Air-port to Washington DC. There were to few bus-trips each hour.
