Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa

Me gustó mucho el hotel muy limpio muy bonito.

Me gustaría que el horario para la alberca o laguna fuera hasta mas tarde. También el elevador estaba lejos de nuestro cuarto tenía que rodear mucho para llegar ahi.

Everything... Everyone was professional and friendly a very nice place to have a 3 day vacation... : )

The location-being able to get away even though it's only 30 minutes from our house. The valet guys, one guy in particular which I didn't catch his name. White male, tall, may be the valet supervisor... He was the friendliest staff member in that entire place.

We highly disliked that the casino was closed. If we would've known in advance, we wouldn't have stayed at Lake Las Vegas. It was our favorite thing to do when we stayed at the (formerly known) Ravella last year. We would go to dinner and finish the night by gambling a little bit. Also, we disliked the fact that when we went to the front desk to ask for change, one of the women told us they didn't have change for a 20 dollar bill but if we went to the bar, the bartender would most definitely have some for us. So doing as we were told I approached the bartender and politely asked for some change and without even looking at me or even checking his drawer, he said in an irritable tone, "I'm low on small bills. Go to the front desk and they'll give you some." and then returned to his customers at the bar. Finally, we weren't made aware that there was a daily charge to our room for valet service. We gave the valet guys $20, twice, once for parking our car, the next for when they retrieved it for us but luckily in the end we didn't regret giving them $40 plus paying the valet charge because they ended up being the best staff members at the hotel. I think guests should be told there is a valet fee before they turn their car in.

We loved the Saturday night concert.

I smelled something very damp in the lobby area.
