The hotel was super clean, the entire staff was very polite and I love that you allow pets in some units. We left our dogs at home, so it was very comforting to be able to see other happy pet owners.

Hot tub was great. Everything was neat and clean.
The staff at the front desk were not warm or welcoming. Only interested in doing the job.

We asked for extra pillows and blankets, and towels, and they delivered them to us in a timely manner. The breakfast was spetacular and the hours of service were good also.
The bed was a little softer than I'm use to.
