The staff was excellent and anxious to please.

The pool area needs more tables and umbrellas. They also need to insure that towels are available, both times that we went, we had to go to desk to get more towels. When we mentioned these things to management, they did tell us that they were doing renovations which would alleviate all of these concerns.

The hotel staff were very helpful on helping us with directions. The handicap bathroom accessibility was GREAT!!! The room was very clean and glad they are a pet friendly hotel.

The only criticism I have is the bed. It is way too high. I don't see how anyone in a wheelchair could possibly get into the bed. I am 5'6" and I had to take a running start just to get on the edge of the bed.

Ben was very helpful and nice at the front desk. Rooms very clean, the door opening to the out side is fantastic!

Zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend, attent personeel , die zelfs bij het ontbijt op zondagochtend - moederdag - alle moeders een vaasje bloemen kwamen brengen.

Het enige was dat de airconditioner wat veel lawaai maakte. En de omgeving met name 's avonds en in het begin van de nacht behoorlijk lawaaiig was.
