The room was clean, breakfast selections good. But I was cold in the room! There was not an extra blanket.
The air conditioning could not be adjusted. The unit is under a long shelf at one end of the room and not possible to get to to see what I would be doing.
The air conditioning and lack of an extra blanket. I mentioned this to the desk clerk as I was checking out, but she seemed indifferent to my comment.

The helpfulness of the desk staff.
My room did not get cleaned either day. The first day I had a do not disturb on the door until 12:00pm, but after that it was available to be cleaned. The second day, I was taking a shower when the maid came by, and she never came back to clean the room. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.
