Helpful and friendly staff. Great rooms, nice breakfast, very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay very much...also appreciated the 12:00 check out.
There was a problem with parking when we returned late after cleaning up following a wedding we attended. There was no parking anywhere in your lot or nearby. There didn't seam like any safe alternative place to park and I was uncomfortable leaving my car where I had to park it for the night behind the motel.

Your personnel are just awesome. We were treated like family. the pool and exercise area was always neat and clean. The shuttle service was so friendly and efficient. they took us literally any where we asked to go int he city of Helena, unlike Red Loin that charges $5 per person per trip. Friendly, engaging drivers and lobby staff. Hampton Inn at Helena Montana has really impressed me. In addition, the maid service was impressive. the little extra candies once the room was clean was such a personal touch.
