There was a computer update occurring that interfered/complicated the staff being able to find our pre=paid reservation. The front desk staff handled the situation very professionally and kindly to get us into a room. Also, the popcorn and cookie treats and your line cook breakfast process for eggs and pancakes was wonderful and added a real pleasant old fashioned homey touch I have never had at any other hotel.
The bed pillows were not comfortable at all. The wooden blind in the bathroom was not installed well and the window looked out onto the street, so there was no real privacy.

The morning breakfast was terrific!
The room was very small. Also I think it was the cleaning fluid that gave me an allergic reaction. Or else there was a pet in the room before our stay. Since there are no pet free rooms we will not stay there again.

Booking was so simple, I loved how easy it was. Also, the staff cooking the breakfast was great. She was friendly and did a super job cooking my breakfast just the way I wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled nice. I had a great nights sleep!
Staff smoking at the front door was not appealing.
