My night at Best Western Dry Creek took place during the horrendous wild fires of October 9-18. We arrived at the hotel on October 11 and were in the company of many evacuees, some who had just lost everything they owned to the fires. The hotel itself was under an evacuation watch and the surrounding area was in a state of heightened anxiety. I must highly commend the staff of the Dry Creek Inn. Their professionalism, positive spirit, efficiency, and warm attitude made everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and safe. We sat at breakfast with a woman who escaped with just her bathrobe and her service dog, but she was glad to be safe at the hotel, eating a warm meal and being well taken care of by the staff. I've stayed at the Dry Creek many times during trips to the wine country for fun times. This recent stay will be seared in my memory forever. I can't say enough about how well the staff handled a horrific situation. High marks to every employee we encountered from the desk clerks to the housekeeping staff.

Very clean and fresh. We had stayed at a Motel 6 the night before, so this was a nice upgrade.

Breakfast was very good. Staff there were very helpful. Adel's was good too. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

We found the BW Dry Creek to be very well located to downtown Healdsburg, and easy on and off the freeway. For the area, we think the price was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to others coming to the Healdsburg area. The beds were extremely comfortable.

I would suggest that housecleaning carry checklists so that things needing repair can easily be reported. In our room, we noticed that the faucet assembly over the sink was a little loose as was the toilet seat. Everything was clean and tidy, however.

Room was large, comfortable and quiet.
