Couldnt check in til after 5

Check in was to be at 3:00 pm. Upon arrival, I discovered the visiting football team stayed there the night before and no rooms were available to check into. I was told that I could check in at 4:00. When I came back at 4, they told me that it was going to be even later. I had planned to change and relax before going to the game but was unable to do so because of the late check in. I would expect to at least be offered a late check out time but the staff never offered a thing for my, or any other guest's troubles.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant. We attempted to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was a disaster! In the fifteen minutes we sat there we were never greeted and never offered a menu. The place was not crowded - only two other tables were occupied, and both were already eating. A server came in two different times, ignored us the first time, and asked us what we would like to drink the second time. When my wife and I ordered orange juice, she walked over to a table containg a carafe of (room temperature) orange juice and filled two glasses. Instead of bringing them to our table, she went back to the kitchen and disappeared for another five minutes. We had finally had enough and left the restaurant. We went to a Waffle House a block away and were able to order and eat our breakfast in less than ten minutes! This occurred on 8/22/2012,

That check out time was 12:00 and the breakfast.
