Room smelled of body odor and stale food. Supposed to be non-smoking yet blanket was old, worn and had cigerette holes in it.

Had to change room due to the smell.was not enough ventilation during remodeling of the bathrooms next door.

Rooms had been refurbished and were comfortable. I do not mind the less expensive hotels as long as things work, all is clean, and cigarette smoke is contained. See comments below. Staff was cooperative. They were not motivated to make our stay a success necessarily, but they did move us to a different room when the first toilet died. No one was at the front desk when I checked out. I called out and finally left our keys with a note that we had checked out. Amazing.

We had to ask for another room after the first night. The toilet would not flush correctly. In the second room, we had the same toilet problem (systemic to the whole building??) and the flusher handle fell off the toilet the first time we used it. It was awful. There was such a HAZE of cigarette smoke in the hall (although we were given a non-smoking room) that we had to RUN with our luggage to get to our room or risk smelling like a smokestack. WHY would you have smoking in the hall of non-smoking rooms. A high school group came in late in the night and kept us up. Will not stay there again.

Air conditioner did not keep room cool

This was clearly a room that had been a smoking room. The pillows were stained and VERY old. Really a very gross room. The bathroom ceiling was in the middle of a repair. Our room had a unit for heating and cooling. No air flow unless you turned it on and when you did, it smelled like smoke. i would never stay there again!!

My son stayed at your hotel - no complaints.
