Location
My room was not cleaned. When reported to the staff at 3 p.m., they said it had been cleaned (NO) but they would send someone. The excuse was they had been fully booked. Sorry, that's not my problem. I asked them to wait until I was leaving at 5 p.m. They never came. The next morning they said I had requested no one to come-NOT true. Breakfast was mediocre and there wasn't enough seating available, climate control was so loud when it was run in an adjacent room I thought it was the washer or dryer running even tho I was down the hall, the swimming pool was bone dry.

The best staff we have come across. very helpfull and friendly. Everything was clean
The noise from the traffic was unreal. Trucks had to stop outside the front for a traffic light. Recommend a back room!

No blankets on the bed or in the closet. Hotel said they ran out!

We requested to move to a suite and the staff was more than accomodating. Loved the passion fruit/juice combo. Couldn't get enough!
The breakfast was always out of danish! I think they went fast, and need to have more on hand for a busy weekend.
