Loved the experience will certainly be using them in the future. I have already spread the word, & you have had two of my friends stay already.
Small hiccup with no shower towels but a call the the desk and they were there in a jiffy, well done!

Convenience
Trying to have breakfast in time for work with a coach load all in the breakfast area at same time. When you got up to get something you lost your seat and that was assuming you could get at the breakfast in the first place. Quite my worst experience ever at a ventura inn.
Use he conference room or tell all other guests the timespan to avaoid. we had a work deadline so could not come back later . But would have got up half an hour earlier to avoid that if we had known. Could only recommend if you avoid a block booking. Not good at all. All the other days great though.

Kitchen Facitities were great, we had a 7pm show to get too at Founders theatre and needed a quick bite prior to going. Everything was there that was needed.
The room we stayed in 219 smelt mouldy even with windows open. Really bad.

Courteous reception staff and a nice breakfast, thank you.
We always stay at your hotel but I did notice the bedcover on the single bed needed repairing as it made it look shabby. It was torn from top to bottom, most likely happened in the washer or dryer.
