Staff were welcoming, easy to access (without a vehicle) and comfy beds. Had a lovely breakfast next morning and walked to bus station to catch bus to Auckland.

Friendly and helpful staff. Better than just plain 'good' standard of food in variety, quantity and quality. An excellent place for dinner-bed-and-breakfast in a very convenient and central situation. The riverside setting added to,our pleasure.

Staff were exceptional. Breakfast always our favourite healthy meal & on this occasion came up to expectation.

It was easy to check-in and check-out. Very clean facilities and quiet room.
The hot water level in the shower really shifted quite dramatically. Have not experienced this in other hotels.
