Convenient to where we wanted to be to visit friends. The front desk was very helpful.
Didn’t check to see if there was a continental breakfast. My mistake.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
The gym was small, the hotel is on a busy street which resulted in a noisy night, and the staff charged me $1 per coffee refill after my 2 complementary. On the whole, however, the good far outweighed the bad and I would stay here the next time I visit Hamilton.

Very comfortable bed and lots of pillows!
You can't do anything about it, but getting in from the road is tricky and getting to McMaster requires a GPS.
