Clarion Collection Hotel Norre Park

We were there from 08.07.2009 - 09.08.2009 in the hotel. We had paid for two nights 2900 SEK. Since this is a 4 star hotel is around, we were very excited. The first impression before the facade was very positive. The hotel is located right next to the pedestrian zone of Halmstad. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly lady at the reception. When we came into the room we were more than disappointed. The "small double" was more of a store room. In this room there was also a spare bed and a broken fan. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and two people for 1.20 m. not really sufficient. The bathroom was ok. The toilet seat was loose but, well. When we day in the night into the next room zurückgegkehrt are on, we were very surprised that the room was not cleaned. This must not happen. The lady at the reception had indeed apologized, but this is not equivalent to such a standard. Positive breakfast can be worth it. This was sufficient and good. The conclusion of this hotel I would not recommend. Maybe the other rooms in a better condition. This to me is not known.
