I liked being so close to the down town core.

Did not like paper cups in the room for drinks. We requested wine glasses from room service but it was a slow in delivery. Paper cups just don't cut it - maybe plastic would be more appealing!

The hotel is near the citadel, and convenient for the airport bus. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are clean and updated.

I liked that it was clean , the staff were fast and friendly and it is close and convenient to downtown restaurants and entertainment

I don't like that hotels raise their prices when there is a big event going on in the city...

Beautiful location! Nice Building! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend. I was actually worried because my room was next to elevators, but I heard nothing!
