Quiet comfortable clean. Breakfast was good.
There was no hot water in the shower at the indoor pool.

I lost my keys. The desk was very helpfully in helping me get my car open. Also, one of the employees..I think his name was David..went above and beyond to help find the keys. Without his persistence we probably would not have found them.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with the bed and other furnishings in good condition. It looked to me as if the hotel had refurbished the rooms since we were last there. We enjoy staying at the Hadley Holiday Inn Express and will be coming back on our next visit.
There was only one small, but important, thing in our case. The pillow slips were labeled "soft", "firm", and perhaps "regular", but all the pillows were extremely soft allowing no real support for one's head during sleep. I checked the pillows themselves and did not find a similar label, so it appears to me that there is no way to have the cleaning staff put a firm pillow in a pillowcase labeled "firm". I need a "firm" pillow and there was not one to be had in our room. Otherwise we were comfortable! Thanks!

THIS HOTEL HAS FINALLY ADDED HAND HOLDS IN SHOWERS, CONGRATULATIONS.
COULD NOT GET THE ROOM TEMP COMFORTABLE WITHOUT TURNING ON A/C. THERE SHOULD BE LIGHT BLANKETS AVAILABLE INSTEAD OF ONLY HEAVY COMFORTERS.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very cordial and helpful and the location was quiet.
Two day required stay.
