Rooms lovely and comfortable, bathrooms really well laid out. central reception/sitting/bistro. outdoor patio area lovely and comfortable. For the money, the nicest hotel I have stayed in.
Pesticide application on the grass where people walk in the patio/lawn area--unhealthy and unappealing--the only disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. All bathroom supplies were well-stocked. Overall a great hotel experience.
The outside lighting was bright, which is great for safety, however the curtains did not truly block out the light while sleeping. Perhaps a change in curtains to something more heavy to block out the outside light at night? Otherwise, I appreciate that the parking lot was well lit.

Loved the location - so close to UMass. Place was very clean/comfortable, so relaxing. Staff were friendly, helpful. Loved having a fridge in the room, the exercise room, and the omelet man - he was great. It's the second time I've stayed there in 2 months. Plan to stay again next time I visit Amherst.
