The room was really clean. The bed was comfortable and amenities provided were nice. Also, my husband left his jacket accidentally and when we called about it, the housekeeper had turned it in. We had a friend go by and pick it up.
We had a little trouble getting the heat to come on. It kept saying Error. We finally got it going though.

It was quiet on the floor we were on.
No hot water in the shower. They didn't get it fixed during our stay , but they did give us a refund.

I am still waiting for my hotel receipt which girl at desk said be forthcoming via email. Will not stay again at your establishment(s) without check out bill receipt.

I was very dissatisfied, the room was small and the bathroom was nasty there were no towels available for our second day. Just very dissatisfied.
