The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the TV. A young man was very helpful in solving the problem.
I missed the breakfast they we had at the Courtyard in Gettysburg, and the morning coffee.

Poor lighting in bath. Waiter in snack bar went home at 7 Pm instead of 10 PM, no backup.

Staff was exceptional. All of the employees I came into contact with went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
Outside signage was small and out of roadside view. I missed it and drove by twice prior to locating the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed them and appreciated their willingness to answer questions.
I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the cost of the room, especially since it was as expensive as it was.
