Main reason for choosing Courtyard Greenville-Spartanburg by Marriott: Location

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, and an excellent added value.
I had a problem my first night. My room was next to the elevator, and, even worse, across the hall from an incredibly noisy ice machine. They need to install doors on the rooms that hold those machines to muffle the sound. It was very difficult to get to sleep, so I asked to be moved the next day. They did without a problem, though the room I was moved to seemed to be missing the couch. All in all, it still was a nice facility, but I'd recommend asking for a room away from the elevators.

Main reason for choosing Courtyard Greenville-Spartanburg by Marriott: Reputation

Location for me was better than other Hotels that I have stayed at in the area before. Breakfast was O.K but would have been nice to have had an option for Fried eggs or omelets.
Ther could have been a restrante serving evening meals as I had to take a chance and order take out food that was delivered to the room.
