Great pool and sauna, friendly employees

I love the rooms and the atmosphere of the hotel.

One of the beds in our room was very lumpy. We were disappointed that breakfast is no longer included. Also, we were charged $2.84 for what we don't know.

Everything! The room was wonderful. Clean and homey. My associate and I were working in the lobby on computers until the wee hours, and that bed felt so good! I normally stay and St. Brendan's Inne in Green Bay, but will certainly start staying at the Hyatt more often. Your staff there is terrific!

I liked the hotel itself, lobby , rooms. The staff were very friendly.

There was not enough shuttles. Only one was going back & forth, there were 10,000 Herbalife people at that convention. 1 shuttle was simply not enough. We waited an hour 40 minutes to get picked-up.

Good location for my needs.

No complimentary coffee in the lobby during the brunch. Thought a hotel such as this should have complementary coffee...not have to buy from the marketplace

I have stayed at this hotel regularily for over 20 years since it was Embassy Suites...most recently as Hotel Sierra (which I loved!) I was very disappointed when I arrived that breakfast is no longer included and no longer the way it was where a person could order eggs any way they wanted for example. there was no more complimentary drink at the bar for the adults and no more robes in the rooms. I do not mind paying more for a hotel if the services and ammenities are there...the pool area wasn't nearly as clean as it has been in the past and I had to tell the front desk that all of the towels were dirty. No one was even monitoring it to see if they were out or not. I am looking for a new place to stay when I visit the Green Bay area.

The room was great, a suite no less and the bed was as comfortable as any I have slept on.

For the most part the breakfast was good, but the hash brown potatoes were a bit dry and lacking flavor.

The rooms were nicely done since the last time we were there.

The complimentary breakfast(Which was one of the highlights to the trips there) was cut back and there was a fee involved also. We have been going to this hotel since it had changed hands three or four owners ago and this time the "Happy Hour" and Bar was taken out completely. The cut backs on the services provided was a big disappointment.

Very clean and tidy.
