The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient.
There was no information in the room about the facilities or the neighborhood. Also, the bathtub drained poorly.

Nice place, clean and conveniently located. Well priced.
I have stayed here before and like the place. What bothers me is that they charge $13/night for parking. It is not New York City, and in my opinion free parking should come with the hotel room.
We did not do the continental breakfast but compared to other places I've been, it looked pretty poor.
