The friendly and helpful staff more than made up for any missing comforts of the big chains. They are worth mentioning and I believe their names were Victoria, Sharon and Walter. (Checked in the evening of Aug-28 thru Aug-30)
Shuttle rides to area dinning is a major plus!
Breakfast was the best I've had for this class hotel.
Missed the daily complimentary bottled water that most hotels now provide.

Rooms were well appointed and clean. good location.
The young man at the desk was more interested in talking on his cell phone than helping me find a restaurant I wanted to go to.

Great breakfast choices, pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent location for my purposes.
My key card failed several times which was a very minor problem that was quickly resolved.
