This was our little ones first BIG trip. The balconies were his favorite part but he also really enjoyed being able to do the river walk and look at all the toy trains! The Water Park was awesome too!
My bed had a permanent body indention and was a bit uncomfortable, but all in all still better than 90% of other hotels I have stayed at!

Being with my family the resort was very nice didn't care for the food st the Mexican restaurant.
Your prices are way to high !!!

Valet parking staff was very attentive and prompt. My brother had ordered champagne to be delivered to our room. Apparently it was going to be complicated for him to be billed, so he had to have it billed to our room, and then he reimbursed us. When I checked in, the hostess couldn't find any info about that in the computer; but within a couple of hours it arrived to our room. Odd...
I was surprised at the additional resort fee of $20 per day, and the cost for parking, even self-parking. Seriously! I would think self-parking would be included in the resort fee, and then I could understand paying more for valet parking. Since it was raining off/on all w/e I opted for valet.
