The magical Christmas ambience
It was easy to hear the guests next to our room. The room decor and flooring can use updating.

Being able to do things without just sitting in a hotel room
I did not like the fact that the resort fee was tacked on at checkout. We had given our children the night at the hotel as a Christmas gift and were embarrassed when they were charged for the resort fee.

All the Christmas festivities and decorations.
The traffic and congestion getting in and out of hotel. I realize it was Christmas weekend but trying to get in and out was exhausting! Has to be a better way to control traffic!

I enjoyed the activities inside the hotel which helped in not having to travel outside of the hotel.
I was a little disappointed that after I returned from my trip into town that my room was not attended to. It was after 7:00p.m. and the room had not yet been attended to by the maid staff.
