Nice breakfast. Decent beds.
Very noisy water system between rooms. Our neighbors decided to shower at 5:30 AM and we thought the shower was coming through the wall.
The motel is now dated but the prices don't refect any wear and tear. My guess is you charge what the market will bear.
I am not sure about recommending to others???

Staff were friendly & helpful & moved us immediately before we even unpacked .
Needed to change rooms as too close elevator which we could hear but the bigger problem was a very noisy bathroom fan

Movie rentals a bit pricey.

The desk staff, cleaning staff on floor 2 and the breakfast room staff where friendly and helpful, the breakfast room was clean and the food was good lots of choice, the weight room was nice, good location close to stores and fast food.
Pool was cold and the hot tub was broken, beer bottle stayed in the hallway all weekend
elevator got dirty, back entrance was unswept with dirt and debris and lots of cigareette butts and garbage.
