The staff I encountered were excellent. The assistant manager, Mr. Weirich was efficient, responsive and personable. Top notch staff!

The suite was nice the corners in the bathrooms need attention The outside stairs could also use some attention. There was black ice and my son fell down Perhaps some stair treads or something for your shoes to grab. Nice suites and we enjoyed the short ride to Calvin College and the stores and eateries around. Very nice

Nice to have the complimentary breakfast. One less stop in the morning. Didn't have to go looking for a restaurant.

The room was very comfortable, very well equipted, and very clean. The location is ideal and the price was a good deal.
There was a lot of ice on the sidewalks. This was the only draw back.

The privacy, the way they set everything up to make it look like a home away from home.
Well when I got there, they issued me a studio suite when I reserved a bi-level suite. I had to call the front desk to let them know the mistake they made & finally I was issued the suite I had reserved. I feel like if I hadn't mentioned the mistake they would have left me in the studio suite.

Very quiet, even though the room was on the Beltway. Internet access.
The TVs remote signal was weak. I had to get out of bed and shut the TV off.
