Nice towels, comfortable to use. Everything in our room was very clean. The staff was very nice....BUT......NO ELEVATOR..!!!!!!! COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.
NO ELEVATOR, WE COULD NOT BELIEVE IN THIS DAY AND AGE THERE WAS NONE. HAD WE KNOWN THIS, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE STAYED THERE, WE EXPECTED THE "HOLIDAY INN" TO BE A FIRST CLASS PLACE. WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT. IT MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN & HAVE TO CLIMB STEPS....GET MY POINT.....

Nice holtel
I didnt like that they let people drink in the pool area, when it says you cant bring it in the area, and pepole was bringing in cooler in the loby and siting there and drinking , when we tryed to eat a pizza with my family, there we load,and dint repecsd the other people , the holtel didnt even do nothing to them,I didnt like stay there because the staff dont falow the rules.
