The heating system was very good, it was very clean, bed was quite comfortable
Very heavy use of some type of fragrance air freshener, had an allergic reaction; breakfast choices were pretty limited; decaffeinated coffee made grudgingly by staff (and badly)

Easy to control room temperature. Location was good.
We were next to very noisy neighbours that kept us up for most of the night and also interfered with our relaxation time in the afternoon. Although they were noisy, the fact that the noise traveled as much as it did, accounts for no noise barriers between rooms which even allowed us to hear more quiter conversations going on next door. As a result we did not have a comfortable stay. Would not stay there again.

IT WAS HANDY TO THE RALPH. I TOOK THE LAST ROOM AVAILABLE AND GOT A SMOKING ROOM. I WOULD NEVER DO THAT AGAIN AS THE ROOM STANK OF STALE SMOKE. . I DID NOT LIKE CDONTENITAL BREAKFAST LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. (TOAST & MUFFIN, COFFEE)WOW. REMOTE ON TV DID NOT WORK AND REPLACED IT TWICE TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN, ONLY REASON WAS IT WAS PET FRIENDLY. HAVE STAYED SEVERAL TIMES AT THE SELECT INN SAME PRICE, PET FRIENDLY AND CLEANER.
