Ray (bartender) recommended excellent menu choices and also some local wine.
The desk let us stay another hour (we were recovering from a very early canyon sunrise). The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Your lobby decorations were very nice and we liked the inside domed area. Also we ate in your restaurant several times, enjoyed good service and good food.
Yes, the toilet water ran full time and toilet flushed every 3-5 minutes on its own. Reported but not fixed. Closed bathroom door at night to reduce noise. Stepped barefoot on exposed carpet tack strip and wife put a towel over the area. Reported and the sharp tacks were flattened.

Very centrally located to the Grand Canyon and the local airport and close to local restaurants and shops.
It was very difficult to find the reception area when we arrived!

The concierge was very helpful great sense of humour as well one of the best we have ever met in our travels what a man very I helpful on where to go and what to see.
Nothing it was a fabulous place to stay.

It was a nice Hotel, close to the Grand Canyon and very clean.
Awful was the spare bed we had in our room, and sorry, that spoiled everthing. Of course it os nit a Quennsized bed we know that, but it is a bed not anybody could sleep on. Its a shame itself even to offer souch spare beds. There are a whole lot better ones in other hotels.
