There was a mix up with the reservation and it took about 20 minutes to sort it out. Since this hotel is affiliated with the Alixares, I wish we had stayed there due to its proximity to the Alhambra.

We liked the pleasant,spacious,comfortable rooms and bathrooms in this very clean, well run and well located hotel, where the staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts and lunches generous and good value.

The hotel staff is very courteous, helpful and efficient. The only complaint normally does not cover personal receptionist, only (see below) engaged in a night porter. The location is excellent and comfort appropriate to the category hotel.

Excellent value for the price of the buffet restaurant.
On the day of departure (03/03/2009) we had the alarm request for 5.30 am: Luckily we were cautious with the alarm of the mobile phone, otherwise we would have lost the plane. The young man who was sleepy concierge did not even apologize, perhaps too absorbed in what he was seeing sl PC hotel.
