The hotel has extremely caring and helpful staff. It is a beautifully kept old building in a lovely town. Everyone worked hard to ensure we had all we needed.
It was hard to find the entrance. Maybe describe how to get in on the booking confirmation. (My husband booked the hotel and he could have missed this information.)

Excellent - everything just the way you would expect it. Professional handling of the dinner-issue (pasta was a bit toooo spicy). Our recommendation - we would book again.
