The swimming pool was so dirty you could NOT swim. Hair, merky water, just awful.

Staff was extremely friendly and did their best to help us
Pool was unavailable for several hours on our first day , and hot tub was never fixed during our stay

We all had cold showers. I thought it was related to several teams staying there but my daughter took a shower at 10PM, I took one at 6:45AM and my husband took one at 7:45AM. All were fairly cold.

The room was one of the best that I have stayed in for the price, nice size and desk to work from.
The breakfast was of poor quality, no food out and not being replaced as guests used it up, the woman in the pantry was not doing her job and several guests went and asked for things.
