They had a very nice complimentary breakfast.
Bathroom door would stick and had a hard time getting out. The bed skirts were dirty.

Great location.
The pool/work out facility was closed due to construction, construction was well under-way with no prior notice. The workers stayed up late and were extremely noisy. Motel was not busy, roomed next to the workers (not a great experience). Front desk was not attended and not helpful when present.

Very nice hotel, night before we had stayed at another motel in Casper, for same price and we had NO ammenities.
Coffee maker did not work in room and no refridgerator...only complaint.

The staff...all of them were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious
Our rooms tv wasn't working and was apparently difficult to fix so we had minimal channels. Air conditioning appeared to malfunction and was a bit stuffy, glad it was a cold night outdoors that may have helped

The hotel was very clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly.
The toilet didn't flush, the shower didn't work half the time, it would run hot then cold. The pillows were real uncomfortable, and I thought for the money we spend for the room it would have a frig in it. Otherwise everything else was okay.
