We rarely stay anywhere but Holiday Inn Express hotels if at all possible. I rate a hotel by their linens. No contest in this department in these hotels. Always outstanding!!!!!

The clean rooms, breakfast, cookies
the best thing i have seen is your morning breakfast lady--she deserves a raise and should run the place--she said "hi" to EVERY single person that came into the dining area--A++++++ for her--treat her well--you need her
When you walk into the lobby--if there are guests at the counter waiting to be helped such as when we were there--and someone is bringing in their luggage---the lobby furniture is in the way and you cannot get through---
as well, if someone is sitting at the counter and there is a long line of people waiting to get checked in--should they not take off their headphones and possibly help? or maybe they should be in a office where there they are not visible.
we own 3 hotels in ND and understand the staffing issues of a boom town--but i think training the employees you have is beneficial to all
