Good localization, clean room/ hotel, breakfast ok.

Single room was having very little day light (windows looking at small patio in 4 - 5 floor building). Internet access was loosing connection all the time.

Main reason for choosing Arena: Location

All very well, great deal, both in reception and cleaning staff, and dining. As regards the bufett breakfast, also perfect and in my case I had half board, food great and plentiful. The great room and a small terrace, LCD TV and everything perfect. The location of the Hotel fantastic, no doubt return to this Hotel.

I can not assess anything that I liked it because everything was more than right.

Breakfast with a very comprehensive schedule of 8-11, simple but had everything, the plasma television and a multitude of channels and the tranquility of the area, there was no noise at night. The room and bathroom simple but well. The luggage luggage kept us up to the time of return, generally very positive.

The dryer was broken and had problems with the wi-fi in the hotel but we faciliataron a connecting cable. The perosnal, especially that of late, was very helpful.

The only trouble I've seen is that the key to internet need it when they were 11 at night but we did not know is that the reception at that time no one was there and we were unable to use the comment is ordenador.Mi put the key to Internet access for all in some place where there is no need to ask the empleados.Gracias
