That I could leave my truck parked all weekend and go downtown.
Everything was great, and will stay there when I return to Gatlinburg again.

The Staff and Service workers were very friendly and attentive.
Could have been cleaner, but mainly just old and needed a good remodeling.

Room appeared clean, smelled fresh.
Continental breakfast was nice
After we checked in we waited over an hour for some employee to help us find a parking place! The lady at the front desk was not attractive and not professional and didn't seem to care after she got us checked in she was done! It was raining hard. No elevator to our building. Mattress broken down pillows small and lumpy. Mold in shower!
