Main reason for choosing Hospederia Puente de Alconétar: Facilities
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The layout and decor of both private and public areas, the excellent restaurant and cafe facilities, all with the added bonus of a pool. The conversion from "Palace" to Hotel has been tastefully done and its location on the histroric main Plaza couldn't be better.
The only minor problem we found was that the small town of Garrovillas itself is a little off the beaten track if you are using the Hotel as a base for exploring Extremadura as we were. However, the Hotel itself makes up for this and we will certainly visit again.

No doubt the decoration of the hotel, a truly fantastic hotel.
The television signal, the one and two we could not see at any time.

I very much liked my room with balcony overlooking the gardens and church. Also the swimming pool was very relaxing.
