The hotel is just basic. Nothing fancy. The staff was rude, not helpful and didn't speak english. We were there over Easter Week and the weather was warm, they didn't have AC in the rooms. Only heat. And our room looked out over the street with lots of construction. No ocean view. BUT... there are very few hotels on the beach. So, it is worth it to stay here. There is also a kids club to keep older ones entertained. That was nice.

The location and the fact that they had a nice crib for the baby. The kids club for older kids was fun for my 3 year old and the ladies that run it were very helpful.
The indoor pool, minibar broken, expensive hotel parking, not very friendly or helpful staff and not many english speaking employees.
