Quality Hotel & Suites

We were able to book it at a late date (3 weeks before). It was in a fairly convenient location, although it is a small island, so everything is accessible. The beds were comfortable.

It is an older motel (outside entrances) and there was no AC so the humidity built up over our 3 day stay, especially in the bathroom, where there wasn't even an exhaust fan, so the walls were dripping with water after a shower. Older furnishings and carpeting...not what we expected for the price we paid! It was pricey...we wouldn't have been so disappointing if the price had been more reasonable.

Le système WiFi devrait être revu : il est parfois inneficace : un routeur "sans-Fil" était installé au plancher dans le corridor au vu et su de tous les clients : troublant. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de véritable salle à manger pour tous les repas est aussi un certain désavantage compte tenu du prix chargé. Masi nous avons bien aimé notre séjour et ce, encore une fois, grâce à la préposée à la réception.

Tout est dit plus haut.

Overall the staff was very good and helpful with the exception of the lady at reception.

Ice machine - one was out of order and the other was very far.

Hot breakfast buffet, the food was delicious

The bathroom had no fan in it and the air conditioning could be upgraded a lot better as it was very hot in the rooms or put a few fans in the room.

I liked the fact that we could access the room from the outside. This makes packing/unpacking the vehicle much easier. We also were able to sit outside and eat at the picnic table.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming and a big reason why I keep returning.

I'd prefer to pay a room rate only because the breakfasts do not cater to my specialised diet. I don't expect the hotel to accommodate my special needs because there are facilities in the room to do my own meal prep, but I don't like paying for something I don't use.
