Friendly, helpful staff. Great service.
Room could have used another chair. Didn't care for the towel rack in the bathroom. A shelf for sundries in the bathroom would have been nice.

I love the historic Tremont House and we return here time and again. This stay was also really great. Just a few points. We stayed in the Admiral Suite and it was lovely, except there were some shoe footprints in the bathroom tile that were not ours, so one deduction on cleanliness. Also, when we first arrived the person at the front desk wasn't overly welcoming. The rest of the time, the staff was better. I wish you had a spa, or a better foot in the door with the Galvez spa. The shuttle is nice, but we were not able to book any spa services during our stay.

Room was well appointed and comfortable. We were on an inside room so it was a bit claustrophobic with only one window. Noisy guests in the lounge were a bit of a problem. Staff was great.
See above. Also we found the coffee and breakfast options to be overpriced.

This is a lovely property. It echos of the past when hotels were glamourous. It is nicely decorated.
