Main reason for choosing The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center: Other
The shuttle service to and from the cruise terminal was AWFUL. We had to wait almost an hour for the pickup at the hotel, then we waited over an hour for the pickup at the cruise terminal. We had to call both times. We are considering using a different hotel for our next cruise, since the shuttle service was the reason that we chose San Luis Resort in the first place. Cyndie Morgan

Non ADA compliant bathrooms by check in desk and pool. Tough when you're in a wheelchair.

I appreciated that they com’pd our microwave & fridge, seeing the price paid for the room. We loved your room service menu & were impressed with the quality of the food & promptness of delivery.
When we were driving to the hotel, I called at about 3pm & asked if we could check in a bit early. Since we were booked on the 16th floor, I thought she might be able to look & see & tell me over the phone if our room was teady. Instead, she told me that when we got there they’d check. If our room was ready, they’d tell us then. We also weren’t aware of the ‘no coolers’ policy, My husband has special dietary needs, so we are used to having a cooler with us. The car valets were really champs about it, they helped us get the food in bags and we really appreciated them!

The bellmen were very courteous and friendly. The entire staff was incredible.
The toilet tissue was of poor quality.

Staff personnel were very personable and friendly. Staff would speak to you as you were walking in the hallways. They made you feel very welcomed.
