View from room and balcony, and restaurant quality.

We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed all the accommodations; & the staff were pleasant and courteous. We will be back to Galveston what & San Luis will be were we stay. Thank you

Well kept hotel . Pool was great.
In room coffee area only one sugar and one milk. Had in room evening meal -asked for more -none came. Had breakfast order tag on door in evening . Never received by kitchen, food we did have in restaurant was good.

Beautiful setting,view of the ocean was amazing
Our first impression of the Hotel was the front desk clerk who was not very friendly.The room for the most part was satisfactory with the exceptions of the bathroom which had hair in tub and a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower bar.The room temperature never got below 72 degrees which we considered to be a little to warm.By the time we realized these problems it was late and we were ready for bed so we cleaned the bathroom ourselves and endured the temperature in the room.We did not sleep well and were ready for check out by around 8am.
